A. Change in Profit Ratio
- Sacrificing Ratio = Old Share - New Share
- Journal Entries:

B. Admission of Partner
- Goodwill treatment (AS 26) → Adjust via partners' capital

C. Retirement/Death

✓ Gaining ratio = New share - Old share
